Construction delivery management

A delivery plan your whole site can work from.

Construction deliveries involve more than a time in a calendar. Sitebound connects the booking, route, gate and receiving team, so everyone can prepare for the same arrival.

01

Book against the capacity of the whole journey

Set an exact receiving location and its laydown type, then manage the gates and routes that serve it. Coordinate available capacity upstream with the destination’s delivery slots to avoid conflicting bookings. A bay that is free still needs an available route and gate to reach it.

02

Prepare drivers before they arrive

Send the allocated journey to the driver app. Drivers can accept the booking, while the team sees that it has been acknowledged. Share route changes, site instructions and familiarisation videos before departure, so the driver knows where to go and what to expect.

03

Connect planning with the people on the ground

Track journey progress and arrival estimates against the original booking. Gate inspectors check the person, vehicle and load; receiving teams inspect materials and record the handover. Keep these events together instead of piecing the delivery back together from separate messages and paperwork.

IN PRACTICE · AN EXAMPLE WORKFLOW

One concrete delivery. Several teams ready.

A planner books the receiving bay and a suitable gate slot. The driver accepts the journey and reviews the site instructions. The gate team sees the expected vehicle and arrival window, while the receiving team prepares the laydown area. If an incident closes the route, the team can coordinate a suitable alternative and revised slots against available capacity.

A little more detail.

Who is Sitebound for?

Sitebound is designed for construction and logistics teams coordinating deliveries into managed sites, including planners, suppliers, drivers, gate inspectors and material receiving teams.

Does it cover the delivery after the gate?

Yes. The booking continues to the exact drop-off location, with material inspections, evidence, quantities and a signed receipt linked to the same delivery record.

THE REST OF THE JOURNEY
01

Route planning & capacity

Build a route network around your site’s roads and operating limits. Sitebound brings vehicle requirements, checkpoints and available capacity into the delivery plan.

02

Gate & checkpoint inspections

Give gate and checkpoint teams the delivery information they need on a phone. Match the arrival to the booking and record the checks before it moves further into the site.

03

Material receiving & sign-off

Connect the physical handover to the delivery record. The receiving inspector app brings material checks, quantities, evidence and a signed receipt together at the drop-off location.
